A group exhibition exploring the people, places, and things real and imagined that stick with us year after year. Entry is open to LAA Members.
Registration opens August 1. Deadline is September 26.
Join us for the reception on Sunday, October 3rd, 2-4 pm.
Reception will be held in the Library Community Rooms A&B, right off the gallery.

Registration is open to LAA members only
● Fee: $15 per piece, up to five pieces (no refunds). Acceptance is on a first-come, first-served
basis.
● Payment: online or by check payable to the Livermore Art Association or LAA. You may
bring a check to receiving.
● Support an Artist funds are available to members who cannot afford the entry fee. Contact the Show Chair for details.
Registration deadline is September 26, 2026
Receiving and pickup is at the Livermore Public Library Civic Center gallery hallway.

○ Wednesday, September 30, 2026 : 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
○ Thursday, October 1, 2026 : 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
● Pick-Up:
○ Saturday, October31, 2026: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
● Only 2D work is accepted for this show. Work may include some 3D elements, but needs to be hang-able.
● Minimum Size: 11 x 14 inches
● Maximum Size: 48 inches high, 40 inches wide
Artwork must be hang-ready.

● Merit Awards (2): $50 each
We need help setting up and taking down the show. No experience necessary.

• Original art, photographs, or AI. Art, photographs, or AI-assisted work must be original
and solely created by the submitting artist.
• No classwork, supervised pieces, or copies of other art are allowed.
• AI-assisted art is acceptable only if the human artist had significant input. AI must be
listed as a medium.
Family-Friendly Policy
• Artwork must align with the Library's family-friendly standards.
• The Show Chair has sole discretion to accept or reject submissions.
• Please note that Library policy prohibits us from displaying prices in the gallery. A price list will be available online.

Artists are responsible for insuring their work. LAA, City of Livermore, or Livermore Library are not liable for loss or damage during handling or exhibition.
● A 20% commission on all sales will go to LAA.
Artwork must be left on display for the duration of the Show.
If sold, the artwork will be available to the buyer on October 31, unless other arrangements for delivery are made.
