Payment Terms
Prices are quoted in US Dollars. They do not include taxes or other fees, these will be charged at checkout.
You agree to pay the price reflected in the LAA Online Store. You will not be charged for any orders that cannot be filled; LAA Online Store cannot guarantee that a particular item will always be available.
We accept PayPal or Credit Card payment through PayPal. You can use your credit card on the PayPal site without having a PayPal account. A service fee will be assessed and drafted for any credit card payment returned for insufficient funds or any other reason.
LAA Online Store reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form.
Receiving Your Purchased Items
You will receive a confirmation email to arrange for your curbside pickup from the LAA Gallery located at 2155 3rd Street, Livermore, CA. We are a volunteer organization, not paid employees. Pickups and arrangements will be coordinated with volunteers as time and resources allow. If you cannot make your arranged pickup time, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.
Shipping is not available at this time.
Returns and Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days. The items must be in original condition.

THE INFORMATION THAT LAA COLLECTS
User Provided Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
You may provide to LAA what is generally called “personally identifiable information” (PII). Categories of PII that you provide include: your first and last name, email address, home address, postal address, billing address, phone numbers, and credit card information.
For example, when you make a purchase on our website, you provide PII to enable LAA to complete the process. There are areas within the LAA websites where you may voluntarily provide your name and e-mail address for various purposes. For example, you may provide such information: to indicate that you would like to receive direct e-mail and/or regular mail about the Gallery; to indicate that you would like to receive information about LAA's artist meetings; and/or as part of posting comments regarding images of permanent collection works. LAA only shares names and mailing addresses related to ticket purchasers (including membership purchasers). Email addresses and other donor information is not shared. LAA does not share this information with other organizations for fundraising purposes. Individuals are given the option of not having their information shared in this manner.

Email Policy
LAA regularly send emails to provide highlights of upcoming exhibitions and programs. You may unsubscribe to the email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email that you receive.
Opting Out
Upon request, LAA will (1) remove your personal information from our database; (2) correct personal information that is erroneous; (3) permit you to "opt out" of further e-mail or regular mail contact (except if LAA needs to communicate with you regarding a membership or to notify you regarding major changes to services); 4) permit you to opt out of mailing lists shared with other cultural organizations for promotional purposes.
