Membership form 2024/2025 (pdf)
DownloadTo join the online gallery, add it when you apply for membership. Existing members pay your annual fee at the beginning of the calendar year along with your membership renewal.
If you did not include an online member gallery page with your membership (showed up as Member Gallery Page $15), you can pay for it separately below. If you prefer to not pay online send a check for $15 made out to LAA or Livermore Art Association to Membership, P. O. Box 216, Livermore, CA 94551. Your page will be created once we receive your payment and your info.
Now you can do the fun part of setting up your page. It is a three-step process:
So here is what you need to have ready:
1. Info about you:
2. A short biography or artist statement.
3. Maximum of 7 images of your work, with titles if they have them.
The images you send should be jpeg format. Please make sure they are no more than 3-4 mb (3000 - 4000k) If you have no idea what any of this means, submit a large size image. They will be formatted for you before putting on your gallery page.
Feel free to check the member gallery pages on the LAA website to get some ideas of what other artists have done.
Once you are ready, click on the following link. It will take you to an online form where you can input everything you collected in step 1.
After your page is created, it will be shared with you. Please check it, particularly the links, email, image titles.
Review your existing page and send us your updates using the same online form. You only need to add the information that needs updating.
jpg, .jpeg preferred, .png accepted. They will be converted to jpg.
If you aren't sure how to prepare them, just make sure the file size is greater than 200 kb (otherwise they are too small to work with) and try to make them no more than 3000kb (3MB). If in doubt, submit what you have.
You can submit up to 7 images.
All images will be watermarked prior to posting.

Livermore Art Association members are eligible to join the Livermore Art Association Gallery, as long as their work is juried in by members of the gallery and there is room for their work. The LAA Gallery displays both 2-D and 3-D work of both artists and crafters. Because of its limited size, only a small number of artists can be in the LAA Gallery at a time. If an artist is juried in and there is no room for their work, they can be put on a wait list and admitted at a later time.
For more information and to request an LAA Gallery Artist Contract, email the LAA Gallery Director Peggy Kervin gallery@livermoreart.org
